my poetry.....FEAR

We all have it.
Haunting us.
So we cower.
In the shadows.

Sometimes it makes.
Emotions blank.
Everything but this.
Fearful of everything.

I feel it when,
You are gone,
So far from me.
Not even close enough,
For me to touch.

This is my biggest fear,
Being alone,
With no one there.
You quiet this fear.

You stop the dreams.
The bad and the good,
So I see only you.
You make my fears flee.
